Something not working? A question about your subscription? A feature you wish existed? One email reaches the person who's building Habitly.
I read everything and usually reply within two to three business days.

The quickest answers are often already on the FAQ, including pricing, the free trial, privacy, and how XP works.
Reporting a bug
To help us fix it fast, please include:
- Your phone model and Android version
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can grab one
Subscriptions & refunds
Habitly starts with a free trial, and unless you cancel before it ends it turns into a paid subscription automatically. Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing.
Your subscription is billed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel it any time from the Play Store's Subscriptions screen, and refund requests also go through Google Play. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Quitting and your health
The quit tracker, the daily pledge, and the urge timer are self tracking tools. They are not medical advice, addiction treatment, or a crisis service. If you are quitting an addictive substance, or you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional, and contact your local emergency service if you are in danger. The full wording is in section 12 of our terms.
Your data
Habitly stores everything on your device, so we can't see or recover your data for you. Moving to a new phone works through your device's own backup. The details live in our privacy policy.
Feature requests
Habitly grows the same way you do, one step at a time. If something would make the app better for you, tell us. The best ideas in the app started as an email.
